The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of 102,900,015 new Shares, to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) existing Shares held by the entitled shareholders on the Entitlement Date. Fractional entitlements arising from the Bonus Shares, if any, shall be dealt in such a manner as the Board shall in their absolute discretion deem fit and expedient in the best interest of the Company. In accordance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on 15 July 2015, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date. The share registrar of Heng Huat will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors not later than four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
