The Bonus Issue of Warrants will entail an issuance of 105,655,913 Warrants on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 4 existing Solarvest Shares held by the entitled shareholders.
The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to their address as stated in the Record of Depositors of Solarvest prior to the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants.
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application for the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
