The Warrants B will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of Mobilia ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of Mobilia within 4 market days after the Entitlement Date.
The Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities.
