We refer to the announcements dated 19 May 2017, 26 May 2017 and 13 June 2017 in relation to the DRS ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.
On behalf of TDM, CIMB has today announced that the Issue Price of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Final Dividend has been fixed at RM0.59 per new Share.
The new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS will not be entitled for the bonus issue.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Final Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 2 August 2017.
