| The Rights Shares which will be issued at an issue price of RM1.00 per Rights Share (of which the first call of RM0.75 is payable in cash on application and the second call of RM0.25 is payable out of the Company’s share premium account) shall be allotted to the existing shareholders of Matrix whose names appear on the Company’s Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 26 February 2008, being the Entitlement Date, on the basis of one (1) Rights Share together with two (2) Warrants for every four (4) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held on the Entitlement Date. The abridged prospectus in relation to the Rights Issue will be despatched to the entitled shareholders of Matrix not later than three (3) market days after the Entitlement Date. This announcement is dated 12 February 2008. |
