| Based on TM’s and TM International’s number of ordinary shares in issue as at 11 April 2008 of 3,577,401,980 TM Shares and 35,693,116 TM International Shares respectively, TM International will issue 3,541,708,864 TM International Shares under the demerger exercise of the TM group of companies. Taking into consideration the 176,000,000 TM International Shares to be issued to Khazanah pursuant to the acquisition of equity interest in SunShare Investments Ltd and PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk, TM International’s enlarged issued and paid-up share capital will be RM3,753,401,980 comprising 3,753,401,980 TM International Shares. In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the date of listing of and quotation for the new TM International Shares will be on 28 April 2008, being 1 market day after the books closing date. TM International’s registrar will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders of TM by 5 May 2008. |
