| On 25 November 2014, the Board of Directors of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“MAHB”) ("Board") had proposed a single-tier interim dividend of two (2) sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in the Company ("Share(s)") for the financial year ending 31 December 2014 (“Dividend”). The Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") will apply to the entire Dividend which will provide the shareholders of the Company with the option to reinvest the Dividend into new Shares. On 20 March 2014, the shareholders of MAHB had authorised MAHB to allot and issue new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in MAHB pursuant to the DRP. RHB Investment Bank Berhad had, on even date, announced that the Board has approved that the issue price for the new shares to be issued pursuant to the implementation of the DRP in respect of the Dividend, which was fixed today in a meeting of the Board, is RM6.13 per share.
