| The Rights Shares shall be provisionally allotted to the shareholders of MAHB whose names appear in its Record of Depositors on the Entitlement Date, subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the abridged prospectus, notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form to be issued in relation to the Rights Issue (collectively, the “Documents”) (“Entitled Shareholders”). The Documents will be despatched only to the Entitled Shareholders who have a registered address in Malaysia or who have provided MAHB’s share registrars, Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd, with an address in Malaysia in writing on or before the Entitlement Date. The Documents are not intended to be and should not be distributed, forwarded to or transmitted in or into countries or jurisdictions where to do so might constitute a violation of the securities laws or regulations of such countries or jurisdictions. No action has been or will be taken to ensure that either the Rights Issue or the Documents comply with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than the laws of Malaysia.
