| The Share Split will be implemented concurrently with the bonus issue of shares and bonus issue of warrants exercises announced on 12 May 2011. The date of listing and quotation for the Subdivided Shares shall be on 18 July 2011, being one (1) market day after the entitlement date for the Share Split. The Share Registrar of TRC will issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all entitled shareholders of TRC within four (4) market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Subdivided Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.
