The Warrants will be quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after an application for the quotation of Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities.
The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system account and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the listing of and quotation for the Warrants. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
Any fractional entitlements arising from the Free Warrants Issue, if any, will be disregarded and shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board of Directors of K-Star in its absolute discretion deems fit, expedient and in the best interest of K-Star.
