| Unless otherwise stated, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders dated 22 December 2014. The Proposed Additional Renunciation of Shares will involve the renunciation by the Vendors of the Vendors’ rights of allotment to such number of Additional Free Shares in favour of the Identified Shareholders to ensure that each of the Identified Shareholders will hold 100 New Shares each after the completion of the Proposed Additional Renunciation of Shares. The rights of allotment to the Additional Free Shares will be granted free of any cost or charge to the Identified Shareholders and shall be non-renounceable by the Identified Shareholders in favour of third parties. This announcement is dated 25 February 2015. |
