| Unless otherwise stated, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders dated 22 December 2014. In determining the entitlement of the shareholders to the New Shares upon completion of the Proposed Consolidation, fractional entitlements shall be disregarded and shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board in its absolute discretion shall deem fit and expedient and in the best interest of the Company. For the information of shareholders, the trading of the shares of GW Plastics on the Main Market of Bursa Securities, which has been suspended three clear Market Days prior to 29 January 2014, being the entitlement date in relation to the Distribution, will remain suspended up to the completion of the Proposed Regularisation Plan. In view of the above, the suspension of trading of the shares of GW Plastics specifically in relation to the Proposed Consolidation will not be required as the trading of the shares of GW Plastics has already been suspended prior to the Proposed Consolidation pursuant to the Distribution.
