The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 May 2018, being one (1) market day after the Entitlement Date. The notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders within four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Warrants-A holders must lodge their duly completed Exercise Notice together with the exercise monies with the Share Registrar of the Company, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd by 5.00 p.m. on 27 April 2018 in order to be entitled to the Bonus Issue.
