This announcement is made by AmInvestment Bank Berhad on behalf of MCE. The shareholders of MCE whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of MCE at the close of business on Wednesday, 23 June 2016 ("Entitlement Date"), shall be entitled to participate in the Share Exchange.
In order to facilitate the Share Exchange, the trading of MCE Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 16 June 2016, being 3 clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date. Accordingly, the last day of trading of MCE Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities shall be at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 15 June 2016.
The suspension of MCE Shares will continue until the admission of Newco Shares to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the Newco Shares to be issued under the Share Exchange on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
A notice to the shareholders of MCE in relation to the Entitlement Date for the Share Exchange will be despatched to the shareholders of MCE on 8 June 2016.
