| In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on 18 March 2009, being one (1) market day after the books closing date. With the introduction of SPEEDS by Bursa Securities, there will not be any suspension in the trading of GTB Shares for the implementation of the Share Consolidation. Agriteum Share Registration Services Sdn Bhd, the Registrar of GTB, will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders of GTB by 23 March 2009. |
