| We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 21 November 2014, 5 December 2014, 11 December 2014, 18 December 2014, 8 January 2015 and the Circular dated 19 December 2014 in relation to the Bonus Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements. The listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") shall take place on 23 January 2015, being the next market day immediately following the Entitlement Date. Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, the registrar of PWCB, is expected to issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of PWCB as at the close of business on the Entitlement Date within four (4) market days after the date the Bonus Shares are listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
