| This announcement is made on behalf of MB. The shareholders of MB whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 27 September 2012 shall be entitled to the Share Exchange. The trading of MB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 21 September 2012, being three (3) clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date in order to facilitate the Share Exchange. The suspension will continue until the admission of PMHB to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of MB and the listing of and quotation for the new PMHB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 11 September 2012. |
