On 16 December 2014, the Board of Directors of S P Setia ("Board") declared a single-tier final cash dividend of 5.7 sen per S P Setia Share for the financial year ended 31 October 2014 ("Final Dividend") and had on 11 February 2015 determined that the dividend reinvestment plan shall apply to the entire Final Dividend ("3rd DRP"). Shareholders of S P Setia are given an option to reinvest their Final Dividend in new S P Setia Shares to be issued pursuant to the 3rd DRP ("New Shares").
On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad has today announced that the issue price of the New Shares has been fixed at RM3.10 per New Share.
