| The above Share Split has been approved by the shareholders of Prestar at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 4 February 2005. The trading in the shares of Prestar will be SUSPENDED WITH EFFECT FROM 9.00 a.m. on 28 February 2005 (being three (3) clear market days prior to the entitlement date on 4 March 2005) until the quotation of the shares to be issued pursuant to the Share Split ("Suspension Period"). Hence, the last date and time of trading will be 5.00 p.m. on 25 February 2005. The suspension of trading is to facilitate the recall and subdivision of shares. |
