Basic Earnings per Share of 9.56 sen for the three months period ended 31 December 2003 has been computed based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 73,013,200 shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 214,700 shares during the Quarter by the Company. 2. Basic Earnings per Share of 6.15 sen for the three months period ended 31 December 2002 has been computed based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 74,645,000 shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 479,000 shares during the Quarter by the Company. 3. Basic Earnings per Share of 28.10 sen for the year ended 31 December 2003 has been computed based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 73,630,000 shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 1,686,500 shares during the year by the Company. 4. Basic Earnings per Share of 16.31 sen for the year ended 31 December 2002 has been computed based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 74,645,000 shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 479,000 shares during the year by the Company. 5. Net Tangible Asset per Share of RM2.00 as at 31 December 2003 has been computed based on 72,834,500 ordinary shares after taking into account Shares bought back of 2,165,500 shares by the Company. 6. Net Tangible Asset per Share of RM1.82 as at 31 December 2002 has been computed based on 74,521,000 ordinary shares after taking into account Shares bought back of 479,000 shares by the Company. |
