| Note for No 5 The earnings per share are calculated based on weighted average number of ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in issue of 2,361,578 shares for the current financial quarter. Note for No 6 i) An Interim Single Tier Dividend of 11% (previous corresponding period: 13%) per ordinary share of RM0.10 each in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2012 has been paid on 29 June 2012. ii) The Board of Directors recommends a Final Single Tier Dividend of 20% (preceding year: 18%) per ordinary share of RM0.10 each in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2012 for approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Both the Interim and the Final Single Tier Dividend of 11% and 20% per ordinary share of RM0.10 each respectively are based on the enlarged share capital after reflecting the rights issue of 2 for 10 which was completed on 15 February 2012. Note for No 7 The net assets per share for the preceding year has been adjusted for the rights issue of 2 for 10 which was completed on 15 February 2012. |
