Remarks :
The Board of Directors have recommended payment of a final single-tier tax exempt dividend of 4.00 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014. The proposed final single-tier tax exempt dividend will be subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
