Remarks :
Amendments on the Proposed/Declared dividend per share stated on Note B11 (page 10) of the Quarterly Report which was announced on 20 February 2014.

"The Board is pleased to declare a fourth interim tax exempt dividend of 4.00 sen for the financial year ended December 31, 2013 and the said dividend will be paid on March 28, 2014 (2012: 3.50 sen tax exempt) to shareholders whose names appear on the Company’s Record of Depositors on March 12, 2014."


Should read as:
"The Board is pleased to declare a fourth interim single tier dividend of 4.00 sen for the financial year ended December 31, 2013 and the said dividend will be paid on March 28, 2014 (2012: 3.50 sen tax exempt) to shareholders whose names appear on the Company’s Record of Depositors on March 12, 2014."


For the avoidance of doubt, there is no difference between the interim tax exempt dividend of 4.00 sen per share and interim single tier dividend of 4.00 sen per share.
