References are made to the Company’s First Announcement, announcements dated 20 September 2024, 18 October 2024, 11 March 2025, 20 May 2025 and subsequent monthly announcements relating to GN3.

The Board of Waja wishes to inform that the Company is in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan to address its GN3 status.

Following the approval granted by Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of 6 months up to 7 October 2025 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities, the Company has approximately 2 months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.

The Company will make the necessary announcement with regards to any development on the abovementioned matter.
