We refer to the First Announcement made by the Company on 25 October 2019 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under PN17, and the subsequent monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed corporation pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 30 July 2025, decided to reject the Company’s application for the proposed regularisation plan as the Company has not demonstrated to the satisfaction of Bursa Securities on the ability of the Proposed Regularisation Plan to comply with Paragraphs 5.4 and 5.5 of Practice Note ("PN17") of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("Main LR"). 

The Company, further announced that in the circumstances and pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(5) of the Main LR of Bursa Securities, please be informed that:

(a) the trading in the securities of MMM will be suspended with effect from 7 August 2025; and

(b) the securities of the Company will be de-listed on 4 September 2025 unless an appeal against the rejection of the proposed regularisation plan and de-listing is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before 29 August 2025 (“Appeal Timeframe”). Any appeal submitted after the Appeal Timeframe will not be considered by Bursa Securities.

The Company intends to submit an appeal to Bursa Securities on their decision to de-list the securities of the Company within the Appeal Timeframe.

The Company will make the necessary announcement with regard to any development on the above matter.
