We refer to the Company’s announcements on 16 June 2025 and 17 June 2025. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Messrs. PKF PLT having consented to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 11 August 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
