Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 August 2025 and 19 August 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter (“Announcement”).

The Board wishes to announce the following additional information as requested by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad:
The Company had conducted enquiries on the land and factories in the surrounding areas as well as verbal valuation from agents before entering into the sale & purchase agreements. The valuations on the land and factories ranged from RM26.0 million to RM27.0 million.
