Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 10th June 2025 in relation to the former Auditors, Messrs KPMG PLT who did not seek for re-appointment as the Auditors of the Company at the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting on 10th June 2025. 

The Board of Directors of ABM FUJIYA BERHAD ("the Company") wishes to announce that upon receipt of Messrs TGS TW PLT (AF002345)'s consent to act as Auditors of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company had on 25th August 2025 resolved to appoint Messrs TGS TW PLT (AF002345) as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 as recommended by the Members of Audit Committee and to hold office until the conslusion of the next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors.
