Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 3 September 2023 (“Initial Announcement”), 5 September 2023 and 29 May 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposals. Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Initial Announcement.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Amsteel Mills and Unichamp Mineral had on 2 September 2025 entered into supplemental letter no. 3 and supplemental letter no. 4 to the SPA 1 to revise certain terms of the SPA 1.

In addition, Gelora Berkat and Unichamp Mineral had also on 2 September 2025 entered into supplemental letter no.3 to the SPA 2 to revise certain terms of the SPA 2.
