Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 8 March 2024, 21 June 2024, 25 September 2024, 9 December 2024, 10 March 2025 and 30 June 2025 in relation to the MOU entered into between the Company and SKL.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the MOU has expired on 7 September 2025 and no extension has been sought at this stage. Accordingly, no definitive agreement has been entered into between the Company and SKL pursuant to the MOU.
