The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Aldrich wishes to announce that Aldrich Minerals Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 19 September 2025, entered into a share sale agreement (“SSA”) with Zhang Kaikai and Zhang Jinyuan (“Vendors”) for the acquisition of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in Kaiwei (representing 100.0% equity interest of the Target Company) (“Sale Shares”), for a cash consideration of RM2,400,000.00 (“Purchase Consideration”) subject to the terms and conditions in the SSA.
