Reference is made to Farlim’s announcements dated 13 August 2020 and 21 July 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.
The Board of Directors of Farlim wishes to announce that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties; whereupon a notice of discontinuance will be filed against the Defendants and thereafter, both parties shall have no further or future claims whatsoever against each other in relation to or arising from the above matter.
