The Board of Directors of DFX wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate and new shareholders' mandate for DFX and its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A circular to shareholders containing the details of the proposal will be made available on the Company's website at www.divfex.com in due course.
