On behalf of the Board of Directors of Epicon, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce the following:

1. Epicon Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Epicon, had on 30 September 2025, entered into a conditional joint development agreement with NCT Noble Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NCT Alliance Berhad, to jointly undertake a development comprising of single-storey terrace houses together with supporting facilities and amenities on a portion of land forming part of Lot Nos. 2529 and 2530 held under Title No. Geran 47606 in Mukim Batang Kali, Daerah Ulu Selangor, Selangor measuring approximately 72.14 acres (“Proposed Joint Development”); and
2. proposed diversification of the existing core business of Epicon and its subsidiaries to include property development activities (“Proposed Diversification”).

(The Proposed Joint Development and Proposed Diversification are collectively referred to as “Proposals”).
