The Board of Directors of Harbour-Link Group Berhad ("Harbour-Link") wishes to announce that Harbour-Link intends to seek the shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting.

The Circular to Shareholders containing details of the proposal will be issued in due course.
