References are made to the Company’s First Announcement, announcements dated 20 September 2024, 18 October 2024, 11 March 2025, 20 May 2025 and subsequent monthly announcements relating to GN3.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities had on 6 October 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of 3 months up to 7 January 2026, for the Company to submit its Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities.

For information purposes, the Board has determined to undertake a Proposed Regularisation Plan, comprising a proposed reduction of the Company’s issued share capital pursuant to the Companies Act 2016 to set off the accumulated losses of the Company, at a quantum to be determined and announced later.

Further announcements will be made to Bursa Securities regarding the development of the abovementioned EOT Application and Proposed Regularisation Plan in due course.
