1) Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, SKB Shutters Corporation Berhad ("SKB") wishes to inform that SKB Glory Sdn. Bhd. ("SKBG"), Mr Sin Kheng Lee, Ms Chou Lee Sin, Mr Sin Ching San, Ms Sin Siew Huey and Ms Sin Tze Yi ("Affected Persons"), being substantial shareholder and Directors of the Company, had on 27 October 2025 given notice of intention to deal in the securities of SKB during the closed period pending the announcement of SKB's financial results for the first quarter ended 30 September 2025.
2) The percentage of shareholding is calculated base on 194,504,828 ordinary shares.
3) The indirect interest of 92,814,231 ordinary shares are registered in the name of SKBG. Mr Sin Kheng Lee and Mr Sin Ching San have indirect interest in the shares held by SKBG pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016.
