Reference is made to the Letter of Demand from TCIE and the article titled “Tan Chong sues Epicon and its former subsidiaries to recover RM26 mil debt” published by The Edge Malaysia dated 24 October 2025, the Company wishes to clarify that the Company has yet to receive any writ of summons or statement of claim as at this juncture.

The Company will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) as and when there are any material developments in relation thereto in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
