The Board of Directors of WAJA wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and/or trading nature ("Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A circular to shareholders of the Company on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be announced and published on the Company's website and Bursa Securities' websites in due course.
