The Board of Directors of Pharmaniaga Berhad (“PHARMANIAGA”) wishes to announce that Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (“Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PHARMANIAGA had on 30 October 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Hyper Shipping SDN. BHD. (“Vendor”) for the acquisition of a single storey  industrial building erected on a piece of land described as Lot 2718 Block 20 Kemena Land District, situated at Kidurong Gateway, Kidurong Industrial Area (Kinda), Jalan Kidurong, Bintulu measuring approximately 3,731 square meters in area (“Property”), in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed between the parties.
