Reference is made to the announcement dated 17 October 2025 in relation to the application for an extension of time to Bursa Securities to submit the draft circular in relation to the Proposed Disposals (“Announcement”).
Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of SCBUILD/0109 wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 31 October 2025 informed that after taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Securities has resolved to grant SCBUILD/0109 an extension of time until 20 January 2026 to comply with Rule 9.32(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements pertaining to the submission of the circular.
