Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 30 October 2025.

The Board of Directors (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 November 2025 received the consent letter dated 20 November 2025 from Messrs. UHY Malaysia PLT (LLP0041391-LCA & AF 1411) ("UHY") to act as External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act, 2016. UHY shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company and that their remuneration be fixed by the Board.
