The Board of Directors of the Company had approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 July 2025 to 31 January 2026. The next financial year will commence from 1 August 2024 to 31 January 2026, covering a period of 18 months. The change of financial year end is to streamline the Groups internal operations, enhance administrative efficiency and improve the management of financial reporting, budgeting and audit processes
