The Board of Directors of Varia wishes to announce that Varia Crest Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Varia Properties Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 24 November 2025 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Citaglobal Property Development Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sinergi Dayang Sdn Bhd), a subsidiary of Citaglobal Berhad, to jointly develop a piece of leasehold land held under Master Title PN 27027, Lot 147, Seksyen 87, Mukim Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan K.L. comprising in area of approximately 6,410 square meters ("Land") for a proposed mixed development within the Land comprising of office and commercial spaces together with all necessary infrastructure.
