The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the composition of the Sustainability Committee has been changed following the retirement of Datuk Manivannan a/l Ganapathy as a Director of the Company with effect from 27 November 2025.

The composition of the Sustainability Committee after the change is as follows:-

(2)  Datuk Wira Roslan bin Ab Rahman - Member

(3)  Sharifah Rafidah binti Wan Mansor - Member
