References are made to the Company’s First Announcement, announcements dated 20 September 2024, 18 October 2024, 11 March 2025, 20 May 2025, 6 October 2025, 22 October 2025 and subsequent monthly announcements relating to GN3.

The Board of Waja wishes to inform that the Company is in the midst of formulating its proposed regularisation plan to address its GN3 status.

Following the approval granted by Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 22 October 2025 for a further extension of time of 3 months up to 7 January 2026 to submit its proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities, the Company has approximately 1 month to submit its proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.

The Company will make the necessary announcements with regards to any developments on the proposed regularisation plan accordingly.
