Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 1 October 2025, 27 October 2025, 31 October 2025, 28 November 2025 and 1 December 2025 (“Announcements”).

The Company wishes to announce that the Kuala Lumpur High Court has fixed a hearing on 15 April 2026 for:

1. The Plaintiff’s Application for Summary Judgement against the Defendants;
2. 6th Defendant’s Application to Strike Out the Plaintiff’s Writ and Statement of Claim; and
3. 1st – 5th Defendants’ Application to Strike Out the Plaintiff’s Writ and Statement of Claim.

The Company will make further announcements on any material development on the matter.
