The Board of Directors of Farlim (the “Board”) wishes to announce that the Company, had on 2 December 2025, entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) with Fortune Lander (M) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200501000972 (678017-A)] (“FLMSB” or the “the Landowner”) to jointly undertake a commercial development on all that piece and parcel of freehold land held under GM 1726, Lot 1182, Mukim 13, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang measuring approximately 4628.5847 square metres (herein referred to as “the Land”), which shall consist of commercial units and units of semi-detached shop and bungalow shops (herein referred to as “the Joint Venture”) together with an adjacent piece of land held under title no. Geran 65088, Lot 9951, Mukim 13, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang (herein referred to as “the Adjacent Land”) (collectively referred to as “the Development”).
