Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 25 September 2024, 18 December 2024, 15 January 2025 and 11 June 2025 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all definitions and terms herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.
The Company had on 11 June 2025 announced the completion of the Disposal of the Gopeng Land by Farlim (Perak) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company to Gabong Holding Sdn Berhad for a disposal consideration of RM33,000,000.00, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the conditional sale and purchase agreement dated 25 September 2024 (“Disposal”), pursuant to the approval obtained from shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15 January 2025 (“Proceeds”).
The Board wishes to announce that the Company resolved to vary the utilisation of the Proceeds total amounting to RM8.0 million.
