We refer to the previous announcements dated 24 November 2025 and 28 November 2025 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said announcements shall apply herein.
The Company wishes to announce that VC and CPD have mutually agreed to extend the time for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent as set out in JVA for an initial period of one (1) month, with a further extension of one (1) month if required, from 23 December 2025 up to 22 February 2026, to allow the Parties additional time to fulfil the said conditions precedent.
